The sky was looking gorgeous when I got to the office this morning.
It's so hard to capture in a picture but you kind of get the idea.
So pretty.
I ordered a new area rug for my living room today.
I want a ruggable but the 1000+ price tag is a bit much for me.
This one is 150 which I think is a good deal, we'll see how it looks when it arrives.
I was looking for wreath ideas and I like this simple one.
I might even have some of these little bells at home.
We are heading to the city for the night and taking Freya with us so we stopped by to pick her up and have a little visit with Eden before we left.
She thought it was great to run around the yard.
She kept running right to the road so I had to take her to the back to the fenced in area.
She and I sat on the swing.
Then we hit the road for Edmonton.
First stop was Hu's Noodle Nook for Freya's favorite ramen.
We both like it too.

We did a little shopping - not much, it's too hard to do with a kiddo.
Then we checked into our hotel for the night - we stayed in St Albert.
They had this photo op booth set up still so Freya stopped for a picture.
Then it was off to the pool.
Freya and Jason played in the pool and I watched from the hot tub.
She just loves staying in a hotel and playing in the pool.

I had booked an airbnb for BC next summer and the owner just emailed me to let me know that they are having some issues and need to shut down for a bit so they had to cancel my booking.
I got my money all back plus they gave me an extra 170 bucks to use towards my next booking but I had to use it within 3 days so I booked a place in Edmonton.
I figured we could all go in and do some Christmas activities with the kiddos.
