I thought I was going to enjoy my coffee then head out for a run this morning but then Kody called to say he'd been called out to work so he was dropping the girls off.
I love having them so I didn't mind.
They got to playing straight away.
Jason carries them both around like nothing.
They were having so much fun - he is so good with them.
Eden was taking a selfie with Jason - oops - she cut her own self mostly out of the picture.
I started doing some cleaning/organizing/purging in the basement.
I want to get rid of some of the toys down there and just organize things better.
One of the cats has been peeing and pooping around the house and I found a couple spots.
It's so disgusting and I know once they start, it's hard to get them to stop.
I don't know which one is doing it - I've never caught any of them in the act and I don't know what to do about it.
I love the cats but I can't have that in the house.
We moved Kody's dinner to tonight but Morgan ended up being sick and so they couldn't make it.
Then Rob got called out to work right before supper.
We had also invited Randy and Crystal - they had already eaten but the were going to come over for cake.
It ended up being just Kody, the girls and us.
Jason made a cake and Eden decorated it and put the candles in all by herself.
She was pretty proud of her work.
Happy Birthday Daddy.
It was a very nice evening and Eden got Crystal to go out and sit on the swing with her.
Then we all just kind of went outside.
Freya drew this amazing house with her sidewalk chalk.
This is Eden's bed - you can see she even has a little teddy bear in there.
This is the fireplace with seating, extra logs to throw on the fire and even a bunch of marshmallows on sticks ready to be roasted.
This is the couch with her buddy Bob sitting on it.
This is the kitchen table with condiments and up in the right top corner is a pan of cookies.
She's got such a good imagination.
Eden was tuckered out when we came back in and fell asleep.
Kody has to work really early in the morning so the girls are going to spend the night here and we'll drop them off to Morgan in the morning.
I'm really into these thai salads lately - this one looks tasty so I think I'll give it a try.
Another active day.
