It's Monday so that means weigh in day.
I was 239.6 lbs
That's up since last week.
I'm just staying right in the same spot, not really moving up or down.
It's better than creeping up and up and up but I would prefer to be moving down.
I'm moving up to 1.5 mg on Ozempic this week.
Hopefully that makes a change but I'm seeing that I can't really rely on it like I have been.
I have to be trying and doing things myself so when I get over this cold, I'm going to start making an effort to both make healthier choices and be more active.
I wasn't feeling the best but I did go to work and just stuck to my office for the day.
It's busy at work and I had lots to keep me busy.
Kody took Haylee to an appointment in Barrhead so Eden was with mom for the afternoon and I went and picked Freya up from school.
It was a nice day out and I considered going for a walk with the girls but I really wasn't feeling up to it.
So we just stayed at the house and hung out.
The girls had a bath and when Jason came home, he entertained them so that was good.
Kody picked them up around 8 or so and I was pretty much ready for bed by then.
I sure hope when I wake up in the morning that I feel better.
My step count for today.
