Weigh In Day (June 30, 2025)

Monday means weigh in day.

I've been snacking way more that I should be lately and I'm expecting that to show on the scale and it did.

I was 220 lbs.

That's up 3.2 lbs since last week.

I was disappointed myself and I know that I'm heading to PEI for a week where I'm going to have some treats so that's going to be even higher next week.

I had to work today and Freya spent the night last night so I took her with me.

There was only one other person in the office - mostly everyone took today off since tomorrow is a holiday so that gave them and extra long weekend.

I likely would have too if I wasn't heading out on vacation but I really wanted to get caught up on everything since I know my inbox will be filled up again when I get back.

Jason took this picture of Freya at the park last night - I love her big smile in the picture.

After work, I dropped Freya off at home so she could have some family time before we head out later.

We will be heading to the city when Jason gets home as we fly out tomorrow morning to PEI.

I went home and packed then when Jason got home, we picked Freya up and headed to the city.

We stopped at Walmart so I could pick up some treats to fill up Freya's snackle box I made her for the flight tomorrow. 

Then it was off to the hotel and bed - we are all excited about the trip tomorrow - can't wait!
