Little Ham (Jan.6, 2025)

Today was weigh in day.

I was 227.8 lbs.

That's down 3.6 lbs since last week which is good, I'm heading in the right direction.
Just need to get a streak going.

I discovered that all that yogurt Jason got is super high in points and I've been eating a lot of it so I'll need to slow down on that.

Kody's vehicle isn't working so I ran Haylee to work at lunchtime then took Eden over to Jason, he's going to watch her for the afternoon.

She is so sweet - look at her.

She started doing this thing where she rolls her eyes up.
I'll have to try to catch her doing it on video - it's so funny.

She was just being a little ham today.

Looking like she might be ready for a nap.

He got her a pillow and a blanket and laid her down - she did eventually have a bit of a nap.

He picked Freya up after school.
When I got home from work she was still not happy with me over the whole rubber duck thing.
I told her that this really funny thing happened to me and when I went to put my slippers on yesterday they were soaked.
She said 'yes, you deserved it'.
Ba ha ha.

She came around eventually and we made up and all was good in the world again.

I packed up a few more of the Christmas decorations, took a few more things down then had some supper.
I had salad and chicken breast.

Then I had to go to curling at 7 so Jason had the kiddos on his own.
Curling was good, it was a 1-1-1-1-1 kind of game then in the 7th end we getting 3 points which bumped us up and we ended up winning in the end.

When I got back to the house, Freya was there - she is having a sleepover.
Jason will take her to school in the morning.

I got all my steps in again today - I'm doing good with that goal.
Not doing so great with tracking my points, tracking some of them, not all of them.
I want to really be more diligent.
I will keep trying though - If I can just get a few days under my belt that will set the pace to keep it going.

In other news, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau resigned today.
Of course he's not interested in the best interest of the country, he prorogued Parliament and he's staying on until the Liberal party elects a new leader and he'll stay on until then, and that means there can be no 'no confidence' vote to force an election.

We really need one!
Our countries policies need fixed badly.

That is all for today, until next time, be happy!
