Freya really wanted me to do her hair this morning and she was looking up hairstyles online.
She found one that she liked and I tried to copy it.
It didn't turn out exactly the same but it looked ok.
She wanted me to take a picture of the back to show her and she approved so all good.
She let me walk her all the way to the door at school this morning, lately I've only been able to take her halfway then she says 'That's good Grandma, you can go now'.
Oh my heart - she's growing up.
The sky was looking gorgeous when I got to the office.
I found a new book to listen to.
I bought it because it was on sale in Audible.
I usually like Kristin Hannah books.
So far I'm liking it.
It was Shennelle's birthday today so we went out for lunch.
She picked Sammy's because she's going to Swan Palace for supper with friends.
We only have two options really for eating out here in town.

At first glance, it looks like we are holding hands - ha ha.
Made me kind of laugh when I first saw it.
Since I didn't get to walk on my lunch hour, I had a lot of steps to get when I got home.
I did stop in at Nadine's after work to help her with her Cricut.
Then when I got home, Jason was already out for his daily run.
It was nice out, like 6C which was awesome so I headed out for a walk.
I had to walk for about an hour but it was really nice and I enjoyed it.
Jason texted me when he finished up to see where I was and walked down to meet me so we could finish up my walk together.
Back at the house, I got pulled into my puzzle.
I think it was after 8 before I finally pulled myself away and made myself some supper.
Then Jason found this new show that he liked and wanted me to watch the first episode with him.
Fall Out.
I liked the premise of the show - it has some violent parts but I can just turn away for those.
I continued working on the puzzle - called it a night at 10:15 to go to bed although I would have liked to do it longer.
I will need to get it finished up tomorrow night so that I can focus on cleaning the rooms this weekend.
Got all my steps in again, Yay me!
